This week Thamesview School has shown support of the celebration of Black History Month with a group of students leading assemblies each day this week alongside Mr Binns. The students wrote their own powerful poems and shared these with their peers. The theme for Black History Month UK 2025 is “Standing Firm in Power and Pride” celebrating the resilience and contributions of the Black community. We are incredibly proud of our students coming together to build a culture of community and belonging within our school whilst also raising awareness for equality and diversity.
