We’ve Got Your Back (WGYB)
I’m writing to share an update from We’ve Got Your Back (WGYB) Support CIC, based in Gravesham. We are pleased to announce that our Family Support Hub has officially opened as of Wednesday 10th December, and we are now accepting referrals as well as walk ins.
The Hub will be open every Wednesday from 10:00am to 2:00pm, offering a range of free, practical, and emotional support services to families, children, and individuals facing hardship.
What We Offer:
Children’s Clothing Bank: Free, good-quality clothing and essentials for children and families in need.
Family Support & Signposting: Guidance, referrals, and wellbeing support for parents and carers.
Free Counselling Placements: Confidential counselling for adults and young people through our trainee counsellor programme.
We are also aiming to introduce a holiday meals project, ensuring children have access to healthy food during school holidays when free school meals aren’t available.
At WGYB, our mission is to reduce hardship, improve emotional wellbeing, and create a supportive community where everyone feels valued and understood.
