We have the Immunisation Team visiting on the 9^th & 10^th May, to deliver the TdIPV & MenACWY vaccination program. We ask all parents and carers to go to: www.kentcht.nhs.uk/imms scroll down and click on the blue button labelled “Child vaccination form” to complete the online form and tell us whether they wish their child to have the vaccines or not. The consent portal for doing this closes on the 3^rd May 2024.
